Enjoy the heart of the city!
This elegant and bright apartment, newly renovated, is located in the pedestrian zone on the high street of the city’s historic centre, which connects Prato della Valle to the famous Caffè Pedrocchi, so you can walk to Padua’s main attractions.
There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, and a magnificent 20-square-meter terrace!
Within a one-minute walk, you can reach the bus and tram stops, which will take you to the train station in just 5 minutes.
A covered paid car park (Garage Roma) is located 100 metres away.
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and pedestrian area, so you cannot access Via Roma by car (only by taxi), but both the garage and the tram stop are just a few minutes’ walk away!
For guests travelling by bicycle, there is a place to store it in a ground-floor courtyard.
Self-check-in is available (very easy); in this case, we’ll provide instructions once the booking is confirmed.
The apartment is located on the second floor (no lift) and is arranged over two levels (the lower level includes a living room, kitchen, terrace, one bedroom, and one bathroom; the upper level has two additional bedrooms—one with a terrace—and another bathroom).
Upon arrival, the city tax for the Municipality of Padua must be paid in cash at the property and amounts to €2.50 per adult per night.
By staying at padovaplace, you can comfortably explore the entire historic centre of Padua on foot, with its characteristic squares, Palazzo della Ragione, Prato della Valle, the Basilica of St. Anthony and St. Giustina, the famous Scrovegni Chapel frescoed by Giotto in the 14th century, and much more.
From the apartment’s terrace, you’ll also enjoy a magnificent view of the rose window on the façade of the 14th-century Church of Santa Maria dei Servi, which houses, among other treasures, Donatello’s miraculous wooden crucifix.
The historic centre also offers numerous bars, gelaterias, wine bars, pizzerias, and restaurants.
We look forward to welcoming you!
