Lovely, modern big house with 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. All amenities provided and well maintained. The kitchen was big with everything we needed, along with a thoughtful welcome gift. Thanks! Lots of space for seven of us with a large balcony looking straight into the river. Pubs a short stroll away. Only 2 niggles… double bed in smaller room was very uncomfortable, it either needs a new mattress or could do with a topper. Also hand wash in the bathrooms would be nice. Other than that we would definitely recommend and will probably go back again. We hired a day boat in wroxham and spent the day on the river, with the added bonus of use of the private jetty for the house.
