We liked out stay very much. The apartment was clean, nice, with all necessary kitchenware and laundry. Very nice view of the ocean and part of island. Great location, across the Forum mall, enjoyed long and wonderful walks on Estrada Monumental, close to shopping and restaurants (walking distance). Landlord very accommodating. We highly recommend the apartment, the location and beautiful Madeira in general. We will definitely go back.

Great apartment in excellent location

The apartment is extremely spacious and generally well equipped. Particularly impressed with the kitchen! Main bathroom could do with updating. Plenty of storage space with large wardrobes. Very well situated in a lovely part of Funchal with great views and all the facilities one needed very close at hand. Shops, buses, restaurants, taxis etc. also a secure underground car park.

Grande area, grandes quartos, cozinha equipada com o necessario, vistas espetaculares. Caso necessita de fazer compras e do outro lado da rua (Pingo Doce no Forum Madeira), rent-a-car ao lado, tem garagem privativa, muito sossegado. Host veio nos encontrar a entrada do apartamento e embora chegamos 2 horas atrasados devido ao voo foi muito simpatica. Obrigado e RECOMENDA-SE vivamente.

Check in could be more efficient

This is a wonderful property, but we offer the following suggestion to make check in more efficient. The apartment should have a looseleaf binder with instructions on how to use the appliances in the kitchen , (stovetop, washer) the TV, channels, etc., in multiple languages. That would prevent having to make phone calls to the owner. The information binder is a common practice at apartment rentals. We had excellent responses when we had to call, though.

Appartamento situato in zona residenziale a 5 minuti di auto dal centro.A pochi passi da un grosso centro commerciale sempre aperto. Casa con ampi spazi, cucina funzionale e accessoriata. Our first experience in Madeira

The property could not be in a better location. Close to restaurant, shopping, grocery store, promenade and transportation. An hour walk in either direction along the coast brought us either to Old Town or a beach and quaint fishing village. There were also two public swim areas close by. The biggest one being the Lido. The view was spectacular. We watched a full moon set over the water early one morning that was breathtaking.

L'appartement très bien situé et équipé

Cet appartement est très bien situé à proximité des commerces, arrêts des bus et de la promenade. Il est aussi bien équipé pour le séjour confortable. Seul bémol est le bruit. Si vous avez un rêve sensible, ce peut être un problème pour vous. Mais dans la terrasse avec vue impeccable vous allez oublier tous. La communication et la procédure d'arrivée ont été très faciles et correctes.

Great place in great location.

Excellent all round. Would return anytime. Great apartment. Only issue was finding it. It isn't on rua da ponta da Cruz. It is on Estrada monumental. Very minor issue. Overall excellent and fantastic value for money.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage ! Einstallhallenplatz mit Lift bis zur Wohnung, die Einrichtung ist gut und gibt alles her was gebraucht wird. Im Gästeschlafzimmer sind die Matratzen nicht mehr in bestem Zustand. Die Wohnung ist aber zu empfehlen. Vor dem Haus ist der Taxistand ab welchem in 15 min für wenige Euro das Zentrum von Madeira erreichbar ist. Über die Strasse ist das Forum, ein Einkaufszentrum mit allen Möglichkeiten. Unsere Ferien auf Madeira waren super schön !

Going Bananas for the view

Well situated and spacious apartment with lovely views over bay.

Nice modern and well equipped apartment near to shopping Centre and restaurants. Only criticism was loose toilet seat and shower head in main bedroom and traffic noise. Good size kitchen, large lounge and spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage. General written instructions would have been useful for bins etc. and local information. View from balcony amazing. Had problems finding apartment as address was not obvious.

Prima appartement van alle gemakken voorzien

Het appartement zag er mooi en schoon uit. Alleen de 2 eenpersoonsbedden zijn erg hard en de bank in de huiskamer wat doorgezakt. Verder is de ligging prachtig en erg praktisch tegenover het winkelcentrum. Bij de lunchroom aan de overkant kochten we iedere morgen heerlijke broodjes voor het ontbijt!

Lovely modern clean apartment, well equipped and fabulous views.

Great position opposite the shopping mall and supermarket. Buses into Funchal very frequent and go from right outside, or it’s a lovely walk into Funchal along the promenade. Flat is very comfortable and fantastic views of the coast from the balcony, which overlooks a banana plantation. All tours and walks can be booked from right by the flat. This was our second time as we loved it so much.
