Wonderful apartment completely renovated in the heart of the Porta Nuova area and a few steps from Corso Como.
The house opens onto a large and bright entrance that leads to the 3 double bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the kitchen and a terrace overlooking the park.
Each room is very spacious and complete with wardrobes, TV and air conditioning.
Located in a splendid building, it enjoys an excellent position in front of the "la biblioteca degli alberi" park, 5 minutes from the station and Gioia (M2). . City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights

Well located apartment, clean and spacious rooms. Easy walk to Gioia train station and 15 min walk to Milan Central train station. Heater worked fine during our stay. Host left snacks and water. However, the internet was not working and did not work the entire time we were there. There was some construction going on in the back of building and the person in charge told us they must have cut a cable and they were going to work on fixing it, but they never did so we had to purchase an international plan to use internet at the apartment. No washing machine. I guess our biggest disappointment was the pictures shown as exterior in the VRBO listing are not the exterior of the actual building. It’s the exterior of a building close by. I booked this property for the 2026 Winter Olympics, paying a significant premium for what was advertised as a professional rental. The reality was a failure to meet basic hospitality and habitability standards.Failed Check-in: Contracted check-in was 4:00 PM, but did not have exclusive use of the property until 5:30 PM because the cleaning crew was still inside. This delay was a major disruption to my Olympic schedule. I have timestamped photo evidence of the cleaners still occupying the unit.Unsanitary Condition: Upon entry, the unit smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was in an unsanitary state. The condition was so poor that a second professional cleaning was required the following day.Lack of Maintenance: The property is poorly maintained. The walls were extremely beat up, and the toilet seat was completely detached, which is a basic fixture failure.Inadequate Resolution: Despite the host (Flatsharing) and VRBO admitting these failures and the need for re-cleaning, they refused to provide a resolution that reflects the disruption cause by the late check-in.Prospective guests beware: This host does not honor check-in times, hygiene requirements, or basic property maintenance.
