It also has the advantage of being on the outskirts of a Portuguese community (Budens), with a full grocery store that is open seven days a week, petrol station, bakery, magazine store and ATM.

Only 4 kilometres away is Salema, a lovely fishing community with ocean-facing eateries and a 'to-die-for' sandy beach.
