Falls Cottage in Speyside on the edge of the stunning Cairngorms National Park.
Falls Cottage , close to the famous Packhorse Bridge ( used on Glenlivet Whisky Logo!).
A lovely cosy, centrally heated cottage with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
A fully equipped kitchen with Rangemaster electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, Ninja air fryer, coffee machine/ cafetière plus selection of pots/pans/cups/glasses . There is a spacious open plan dining/living area with quality furnishings including rise and recliner chair , two seater leather sofa , comfortable high backed chair and a lovely, locally made whisky barrel coffee table. There is also a wood burning stove ( logs provided free of charge) and Bluetooth speakers for listening to your own favourite music. Falls Cottage has two super comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a super kingsize bed, bedroom 2 has 2 zip and link beds ( can be used as single beds or placed together to make another super kingsize bed) plus there is an additional single bed. From the hallway is a cloakroom with WC plus shower room with additional toilet and washing machine. Outside there is a lovely enclosed garden with decked area, seating plus BBQ.
Ideal base to explore the Cairngorms National Park, Visit local whisky distilleries ( Dufftown is the Whisky Capital of the World and only 15 minutes drive from Falls Cottage!) , drive the North East 250 , mountain biking on the Glenlivet Estate, skiing at The Lecht and other local ski centres, less than 1 hour drive to beautiful sandy , unspoilt beaches along Morayshire coast and just over an hour to Inverness/Loch Ness.

We have more than 20 years experience as hosts , winning a Gold Tourism Award in Dorset.
