This is an amazing and very bright duplex in the very heart of Notting Hill with views over London and a fabulous communal garden. The flat is in a victorian building with a lift and offers all the most luxurious amenities.
The living room/dining is spacious and very cosy, with stunning views over the communal garden. There are 2 bedrooms, one ensuite bathroom and one shower room. Ideal for 2 couples visiting London or families as it can accommodate up to 6 people with the use of a sofa bed in the living room. The flat has ample storage for clothes, ironing facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster.

A spiral staircase leads to the conservatory on top of the building which includes a seating area and a dedicated workspace for one. From there you access the roof terrace and its dining table with tremendous views. Wi-fi is available throughout the property.
The flat comes with fresh bed linen and towels, body soap and shampoo and a starter kit.

The nearest tube station is Notting Hill Gate, but Ladbroke Grove is also nearby, and lots of bus routes go through the area. Holland Park Gardens as well as Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are all both at walking distance. Portobello road market is on the flat's doorstep, yet the flat is very quiet. You will find nearby a huge diversity of restaurants for all budget and great shopping all around. The area also offers a great deal of delicatessen's and take aways.

This is a fantastic base to enjoy London from one of its most coveted area.

Notting Hill Roof Top Hideaway

This is a great flat, it is quiet because it is on the top floor, it is very close to Portobello Road but is in a quiet side street. We were not disturbed by traffic or sirens. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are pleasant and the sitting room makes a great 3rd bedroom. The roof terrace and conservatory are great fun and having outdoor private space gives this flat the edge over many of its local rivals. We will definately be booking again.
