This location cannot be bested… right in the heart of everything one wants to see in Florence. These two apartments were a fantastic fit for our party of 12 travelers. Ettore & Nimoe were fantastic hosts.

We spent four nights at this VRBO. The two units we rented were both clean and modern. Our host was very prompt in answering our questions and was a pleasure to work with before and during our stay. The location is outstanding as it is a two minute walk to Basilica Santa Croce and there are many great restaurants and bars in the surrounding neighborhood.

Amazing location

The property was modern and was able to accommodate our family of 11. The washer and dryers were very convenient. The host was very responsive and assisted us when needed. The only problem we had was air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and it got quite warm especially during the heat wave while we were there. The other rooms were great for air conditioning especially for the summer time. The location was super central to shops and restaurants. There were some very nice restaurants right across the street and even a wine window for us to enjoy.Thank you for having us stay at your beautiful property. We would definitely stay again

This is the first negative feedback I’ve ever given Broken air conditioning in both apartments, and WIFI in only one of them. Critical for our family of 11 (5 children) in HOT Florence. Etorre started out being very helpful by arranging for someone to receive our luggage for which I am grateful. However when I told him about the air not working, he sent me pictures saying it was working fine but it was not working at all. 90 (29c)degrees in the spsrtments. All day, no communication about progress, or promise to fix it. I had a call with him and VRBO, he committed to a 20% refund. That wasn’t nearly enough. His communication got much worse as I was persistent about a half refund. VRBO really wasn’t helpful in achieving my satisfaction of a half refund. It felt like the owner was more important than holding them accountable to their commitments . Bottom line . . . They are plenty of good options, choose another. The heat was unbearable, and 5 children under 6 was candidly putting their health at risk. If I could have moved my family of 11, I would have. Lastly it’s too bad, because the location and size were great. I told VRBO they shouldn’t be allowed to promote this apartment as air conditioned.
