A modern, well equipped family home just a stones throw from the beautiful two mile stretch of golden sandy beach at Exmouth, Devon. Shoreside is the perfect base for your beach break; within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants, shops and local attractions. Shoreside has an enclosed garden; ideal for children to play in and to sit and enjoy summer evenings in. Our open plan kitchen/diner, large lounge, 2 bathrooms, and ample sleeping spaces make it perfect for families/large groups.

Lovely house in the perfect location

I was looking for somewhere to stay close to the town and the beach whilst visiting family. This house ticked loads of boxes . Perfectly located minutes from the sea front in fact you can see it from the front door and very near to town. The house is very well equipped. Modern kitchen and bathroom and nicely decorated. Only thing I would say was the courtyard at the back is small but we didn’t really use it. Communication from Kayleigh perfect and no delay . We will stay again , thank you x
