Villa Ambrogino is an authentic Istrian stone house located in the peaceful village of Banki, near Tinjan, just 18 km from the sea and the nearest beaches. Built in 1965 and completely renovated in 2013 in a traditional Istrian style, this charming villa combines rustic charm with modern comforts. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, it offers complete privacy and relaxation on a spacious, fully fenced property of 1,200 m2. Guests can enjoy a private 25 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers, a covered terrace with seating and a dining table, and parking for two cars. The villa spans 103 m2 and can accommodate 6-8 people. The ground floor features an air-conditioned living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a double bedroom with a private bathroom and direct access to the pool, and an additional separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms – one with a double bed and a private terrace, the other with two single beds – and an additional bathroom with a shower.
