BEAUTIFUL GOLF COURSE, RESTAURANT/TAVERN, AND CLUBHOUSES WITHIN THE ASSOCIATION ARE YOURS TO USE AS MY GUEST. INDOOR POOL WITH WATER SLIDE, BOATS AVAILABLE TO CHECK OUT ON PRIVATE LAKES, EVEN ICE SKATING AND CROSS COUNTRY SKIS MAY BE CHECKED OUT. LAKES ARE STOCKED FOR GREAT FISHING AND THE MANISTEE RIVER (BLUE RIBBON TROUT STREAM) IS VERY CLOSE BY. LOTS OF STATE LAND AND COMMON GROUND TO EXPLORE ALSO. WIFI AT COTTAGE. We are an outdoor family, and love this place. Close to the ATV / snowmobile trails and lakes. The fishing is awesome. The house accommodates our large family reunions. There are lots of activities to keep everyone busy. Everyone loves the new clubhouse pool and hot tub!

All around fun for everyone.
What makes this property unique
The connecting trail system is groomed, scenic, and goes in every direction. This snowbelt area provides great riding without having to travel farther north. We are also close to skiing. The summer is just as fun with ATV trails, the lakes, golfing, fishing, and the state land provides excellent hunting and fishing. Tour northern Michigan hot spots from this central location. Petoskey, Traverse City, Mackinaw City, and Mackinaw Island... my favorite.
