Spectacular views of Fisher's Island Sound and the mouth of the Mystic River are perfect for enjoying all seasons but spectacular for summer outside living, dining or cocktails. Two private sandy beaches with a suspended circular lounging bed and casual seating are ideal for sunbathing, swimming, fishing, sailing and family fun. After watching dramatic sunsets, the fire pit on the beach is wonderful for a quiet romantic evening or roasting smores with the children.

While spectacular in summer months, Morgan Point is gorgeous and blustery with sparkling water, sunsets and sunrise and cozy fireplaces throughout the house in off season months.

Two large bedrooms are upstairs with en suite bathrooms. These are furnished with sofas and chairs to relax and are equipped with gas fireplaces for a cozy atmosphere on the occasional cool summer night or off season. Each bedroom has large windows overlooking beautiful shore to shore water views. The third large bedroom is on the main floor with a panoramic west side beach view looking out toward North Dumpling and Fisher's Island. It shares a full bathroom with an adjacent 4th cozy bedroom, perfect for a child or a single guest. This smaller bedroom can also be converted into a home office. All enjoy spacious closets and luxury linens. There is room for 7 residents with an additional 2 if using the queen size air mattress.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a large SubZero refrigerator, stainless double ovens, a six burner Fisher Paykel gas cooktop, a Bosch dishwasher and a large capacity front loading Samsung washer and dryer. The kitchen looks out over the Mystic River and early risers can appreciate serene and colorful sunrises over the water. Depending on what season you choose to enjoy, dining options are outside or in with large expandable dining tables and panoramic views. The living room connects to the porch with a fully retracting Nana Wall door system and electric screen bringing the outside in. The 52 inch flat screen TV in the living room is for movies or the big game. Relax while you watch TV, read or surf the internet on comfy sofas and chairs, all while enjoying the views, in particular the spectacular sunsets over the west cove. A fully equipped children's playhouse with running water is a delight for young and old alike and easily supervised from the deck. There is garage parking and the main floor is accessible from the garage with a chair lift for elderly or disabled guests who choose not to walk the stairs.

Guests can relish the quiet seclusion and privacy of Morgan Point or seek out plentiful daytime activities and nightlife within close proximity. The renowned Abbott's Lobster in the Rough is within walking distance. Noank is a quaint fishing village to explore and finish up a morning walk with a gourmet breakfast at Noank's historic Carson's candy store and cafe. Downtown Mystic and its famous Seaport and Aquarium and a multitude of restaurants is a few mile drive from the house. Watch Hill and Misquamicut with expansive wavy Rhode Island ocean beaches are a short 25 minute drive. For those looking for day trips, the famous Newport RI is an hour away. For other adventures, one can take the ferry from nearby New London to Block Island or eastern Long Island.
