Beautiful little college with really nice amenities. Perfect for three adults with three lovely small bedrooms. The common area is suited to 3 to 4 people.

Very clean, good communication ....kitchen VERY WELL equipped and stocked, but there was no place to sit and eat (counter with high stools was very narrow and you could not have table conversation looking at a wall). Outdoor furniture had no cushions as pictured in ad. Also all 4 tv's (too many?) need streaming passwords. It worked for 2 people, but with 3 comfortable queen beds, it would be "too cozy" for 6 people in the common area. Bedrooms were really small with no reading lights. It was right on the water ...in the middle of a working marina. Saw beautiful moon, sunset, and even a rainbow after the rain.
