Spectacular View Monuments - PentHouse Loft Duomo Signoria

Very central, quiet and finely renovated Penthouse Loft (work completed February 2025) on the top floor with ELEVATOR, panoramic view of the Monuments and equipped with all comforts in the heart of the historic center of the city.

The apartment, with a small terrace, is located on the roof of a prestigious 18th century building between Piazza Signoria, Uffizi and Piazza Duomo and enjoys a 360° view of the city and has been completely renovated and elegantly furnished.

All the monuments and museums are within walking distance in a few minutes.

We personally welcome our guests and are available for any need.
We will be happy to give you advice and suggestions on restaurants, museums and clubs.

Check-in and check-out times are, when possible, very flexible and we will try to meet the needs of guests.

The train station is a 15-minute walk away (1100 meters)

Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal

What an amazing find!! Location, views, comfort, amenities, this place has literally everything you can want or need. Exceeded expectations and hopes in every category. The host was friendly, communicated promptly and well, and was exceptionally gracious with the welcome amenities. Fantastic stay in Florence!

Claudio is an amazing host and the apartment is magnificent! Had everything we needed. This place is very new and organized. Amazingviews from every window. Location is convenient to everything. I stayed here with my daughter(I visited her studying abroad) and it was perfect for the two of us. I would highly recommend this spot!

A perfect stay in a perfect apartment

The apartment is situated in the heart of Florence. You have a view of the Duomo, the Palazzo Vecchio, and the Bargello. The air conditioning was very useful, allowing us to cool down and have a rest in between our tours of the city. Claudio is the best host – very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Breathtaking Views! Immaculate and tastefully furnished. Great shower, bed, wifi, linens! All the important stuff and the details too. Oh, did I mention the views? Claudio is a great host. The apartment is in the middle of the action but felt completely secure and safe. Really couldn't ask for more!

Beautiful newly decorated unit near Duomo

Location! Location! Truly nicest place! Host was over the top with a notebook supporting how to use appliances, etc., and a welcome package with water, wine, and champagne! Steps to the loft bedroom were easy to use, however to go to the bathroom at night, you had to go down the stairs through the living room and down a few more stairs.which was ok for us. Building elevator to the ground level. Great views of Duomo, & other famous landmarks in all directions. Cute tiny balcony off kitchen. Most of all, everything was top-notch from linen s to kitchen supplies to appliances. It was our favorite place on our Italy trip!

Great location!

My husband and I stayed at this property 3 nights for our stay in Florence. The property is newly renovated and the location is perfect! Very centrally located, easy to walk everywhere, and a gorgeous view from the windows/balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, spices, sugar/salt, plates, glasses, coffee maker, etc. Claudio met us at check in and gave us a walk through of the property, and he was so helpful and communicative throughout our stay from beginning to end! He greeted us with a welcome gift of champagne, and he even texted us at 4am on the day of our departure to ensure our scheduled taxi had arrived to bring us to the airport. He went above and beyond as a host. The apartment was perfect for two people. The stairs to the loft are as pictured and are slightly narrow and on the steeper side, so may not be ideal for anyone with mobility problems. There was a small elevator in the building which was nice to bring our luggage up to the room. We highly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
