Four Seasons Punta Mita ~ SPRING BREAK 2026 AVAILABLE

(*NOTE: We also have a 3 BDR. and 4 BDR. with lots of availability.) This luxurious villa is located in the heart of the Four Seasons resort, so prepare to be pampered! The EXACT same as staying in a room or suite, with all The Four Seasons' privileges and amenities.
Gorgeous ocean view from the living room, dining room, bedrooms, kitchen and lanai provides stunning Punta Mita sunsets.
Built in 2009, there is over 2,100 square feet of immaculate interior living space with Four Seasons appointed furnishings. A 800-square-foot, private, raised lanai brings the total living space to approximately 2,900 square feet. (*3,200 sq. ft. in three bedroom, 4,300 sq. ft. in four bedroom.) The lanai terrace has an infinity-edged plunge pool, dining space for four, lounge space for five and a stainless steel gas grill.

Other highlights include a separate (private) terrace off the master bedroom, granite counter tops and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, an outdoor shower off the master bathroom, and Four Seasons beds! Daily housekeeping provides cleaning of the villa, including making beds and replacing towels & sundries.

The villa is situated near two pools (Lazy River and Tamai) and the spa. Room service is available 24 hrs., or have a Four Seasons chef custom-cater a meal for your friends and family. Grocery Stocking Services can fill your villa’s refrigerator and pantry at any time before or during your stay. 24-hr. Four Seasons Concierge will help you plan activities and get the most out of your stay: making restaurant reservations, booking golf tee times and spa appointments, and arranging day trips.

FIVE STARS! FAVORITE FAMILY VACATION!

Staying with Mary Pat and the Four Seasons Residence Club is the ultimate family vacation! Mary Pat is SO easy to work with and forthcoming with all details and arrangements. Our family of six (kids ages 7, 8, 9 and 10) had the most memorable trip! The villa is perfection and ideal walking distance to the lazy river, ocean front pool, kids club, basketball court, beach and restaurants. The service and amenities are all five star! Thank you Mary Pat! We could not have imagined a more wonderful family trip!

FS Punta Mita Best kept Secret

Just returned from a week in Punta Mita. We are a family of 4 that stayed in a 4 bedroom Residence. While we necessarily didn't need all 4 bedrooms we were glad we had them as the flu bug hit us while we were there. The cost for the 4 bedrooms was the same as 1 room booking direct through the hotel. The Villas were beautiful and was nice when we wanted some down time we were able to go back and enjoy the plunge pool. The residences are close to the lazy river and the service is as you would accept being at the Four Seasons. We will definitely be back.

absolutely perfect

I brought my adult age daughter and niece to this residence at the Four Seasons. We all loved the residence, the 5 star amenities of the Four Seasons...everything. The residence, itself, was beautiful and clean. The views of the garden and ocean were breathtaking as each morning we sat outside on the patio enjoying our coffee and the beauty. The concierge set up whale watching and it was a spectacular sight with plenty of information and yes, whales. The staff of the Four Seasons were attentive AND friendly. I would definitely visit and stay here again.

Beautiful place and great stay

I think staying at the Residences at the Four Seasons is the best way to have a great vacation at a more cost effective price! The condo was spacious and wonderful. My only complaint was that it was in the farthest condo (Jaguar) and would have preferred a closer one but a minor issue as golf carts are readily available!

Great stay

Had a great stay at the FS Punta Mita. You get all the benefits of the hotel but with a nice 3 bdrm condo with a full kitchen. Can't say enough good things about the FS property. I would advise people to do shopping at Walmart in Puerta Vallarta and head to the restaurants in Punta Mita.

Gorgeous Casita and Resort

What an amazing stay! The casita was exactly as described -- beautiful, spacious and so clean! It was perfectly situated --close to everything (all pools, beaches, restaurants, gym, Kid's Club and Game Room) yet serene with a beautiful view of the gardens and ocean. The grocery service had everything delivered and the Four Seasons stocked the refrigerator so as soon as we walked in everything was set! Swimming, kayaking, surfing with amazing food (the seafood is delicious)! Just fabulous!

Gorgeous views, less expensive/shorter flights than to other warm climate/ocean locations off U.S. mainland, feels very safe, more so than any other place in Mexico.

Incredible service... gorgeous sunsets... free treats at pools every hour on the hour :-)... lazy river for kids (and adults!)... free kayaks, snorkeling and fishing gear... 'Catch of the Day'... great gym... our two favorite massage therapists ever... Nuna infinity pool has the best view while floating anywhere!... hiking up hill behind property lends view of entire peninsula
