Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and check-in was a breeze. thoughtful touches and perfect location, everything exceeded our expectations. Also great communication from Nadine throughout our stay. Definitely will come back again — highly recommend!

The apartment was fine and was conveniently placed in the centre of Cupar. It’s a basement property so no views. Getting the code for entry was a little stressful as it wasn’t available until an hour before our arrival. I understand that the code is changed with each stay but this could be predetermined not a random thing done as the maintenance person leaves, giving the code in the morning would be less stressful. The property was warm and well equipped, the beds and pillows were firm so may be too hard for some. On the whole cleanliness was good but it would be good if the maintenance people checked the kitchen equipment before the next guests arrive as the cutlery was a bit sticky and had to be washed before use and the wooden serving/chopping board were dirty. They had obviously been used to serve pizza and were encrusted with cheese and sauce. This was not immediately apparent as they had been stuck together. A quick check would have solved this even if it’s the guests responsibility to clean everything before use.
