Not too noisy considering the flat is on the royal mile - but the quiet end down the hill.Kitchenette was well stocked.Beds were clean and comfy, except the bed runners needed a wash.My only criticism is that the beige sofa was grubby and worn.Host was greatFamily-friendlyShops and restaurants nearbyGreat electronic door so everyone could get in and out independently
