About this property
Sunny Coastal Barn
Newly renovated barn conversion, located on a stunning cliff-top farm with direct access to the S/W coast path 5 minutes stroll from garden gate. Many unspoilt beaches, attractions and eateries within a very short drive.
Tastefully renovated stone barn located on a coastal farmstead along with the ancient medieval farmhouse and a traditional whitewashed Cornish cottage each with their own private outside space. Returning guests have enjoyed our family run hospitality for many years.
An easy ten-minute walk will take you to the cliffs and coast path where you can enjoy fabulous sunsets over the sea and the beautiful beach at Crackington Haven is but a very short drive or energetic hours walk with amazing views along the SW way. This is a super beach with sand [except at high tide], surfing and rock pools to explore. There’s a great pub, 2 cafes and lifeguards patrol during summer. There are many other beaches to choose from within 20 minutes’ drive and endless other places to visit by car.
Our sunny converted barn provides three very comfortable double bedrooms each with a lovely king-size bed and en-suite shower and toilet. [One bedroom is located on the ground floor making it suitable for slightly less mobile guests.]
The spacious open-plan living area with beautiful wooden floors opens onto a pretty patio where meals can be enjoyed ‘al fresco’ and our guests are very welcome to enjoy the freedom of walking in the fields around the farm.
The barn has full central heating and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a Smart TV and Wifi. Bedding and bath towels are provided. A BBQ is available and outside seating is provided.
