The cottage comfortably sleeps up to seven guests across three well-appointed bedrooms, with two double beds, one king-size bed, and a single – ideal for familiesmixed groups. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Inside, you’ll find a cosy living area perfect for winding down after a day in the outdoors, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the essential kitchenware. Enjoy mealtimes in the large dining room with patio doors to the immaculate garden.
Outside, Birchview features a private, fenced garden with outdoor seating and a barbecue – a lovely spot to enjoy a meal, let the children play,relax with a book in the fresh Highland air. We had a lovely stay. The house is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay (family of 5). It is well situated for access into Aviemore on foot and then the surrounding area. We’d happily stay here again in future trips.
