In a quiet location, near Marina di Campo, just a few minutes drive from the sea and the center. Marina di Campo has a large sandy beach that offers all the comforts and in the pretty town you can find numerous shops, boutiques and clubs. Ideal for those who want a completely relaxing holiday but still convenient for services. The beach of Marina di Campo, about 1 km long, is partly free and partly equipped with a gently sloping seabed and therefore ideal for families with small children.
Detached villa, surrounded by a large well-kept garden, located on the ground floor and composed of a living room, kitchen, double bedroom with bathroom with shower inside, twin bedroom, bathroom with tub. The property includes a veranda equipped for outdoor dining, BBQ. Guests have access to parking spaces, TV, electric oven and washing machine. It is located about 1.5 km from the beach and the center of Marina di Campo and is ideal for those who want to spend a completely relaxing holiday but not far from services. Bed linen and towels can be rented upon reservation.
