Luxury villa with sea view
You can see the sea from every floor of the villa. There are 2 pools one of it is heated at top terrace floor. Heating has extra fee. And both pools has jacuzzi jets. There are fast fiber internet as Wifi, 165 inch smart tv, filter coffee machine, toaster, turkish coffee machine, kettle, one gas and one electric stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator with water dispenser, washing machine, vacuum cleaner. There are table tennis, darts and basketball hoop. There is a garage for 3 cars. The villa is 12 minutes away from the city center on foot. There are a lot of market and grocery shops near the villa. On Thusdays and Sundays there is local bazaar.
