Welcome to a classic and charming holiday home where time slows down and tranquility takes over. The perfect escape from everyday life – surrounded by forest, sea, and silence.

The house is ideal for couples or small families looking for togetherness, cosiness and nature experiences. With 61 m² of living space spread across two bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in the annex, there is room for a total of six people. The holiday home was built in 1980 and carefully renovated in 2021 in a classic holiday home style, with a 10 m² annexe and a toilet attached to the annexe.

Enjoy summer outside on the 1,136 m² plot with a well-kept garden, terrace, and pavilion – ideal for sunny mornings and warm evenings with grilling and games. Only 300 meters to the water where you can enjoy a refreshing morning swim or scenic walks along the coast.

Feddet Beach, one of Zealand’s finest, is just 25 minutes away – offering sandy dunes and clear water, perfect for a full beach day with sun and ice cream.

The area is rich in experiences for both nature lovers and adventurers:

Explore nearby forests, cycle marked trails, or head out on the fjord (inlet) by kayak or boat. Only 10 km away lies the charming town of Præstø with cafés, shops, and a cozy harbor. Visit the Skovtårnet (Forest Tower) for a breathtaking view, or challenge yourself in Camp Adventure’s treetop course – both under 30 minutes away. Fishing enthusiasts will also find a lake nearby.

Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen.

Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Nur wenige Meter bis zum Wasser (kein Strand). Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Nur leider klebten bei unserer Ankunft noch tote Mücken an den Wänden, die Dusche nebst Vorhang ist verschimmelt und sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden, und der Abfluss im Waschbecken im Bad fließt auch schlecht ab. Ansonsten hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
