About this property
Villa in Monte Argentario with 5 bedrooms sleeps 10
The pool area, set on a lawn and surrounded by loungers and umbrellas, includes a handy changing room, outdoor shower and toilet. At La Terrazza Sul Mare, everything invites you to slow down and soak it all in.
Large private parking space is available for several cars.
The Argentario is famous for its rugged coastline where you can find coves and beaches with crystal-clear turquoise water. They are also of remarkable beauty from a naturalistic point of view. This is why they are part of the Cetacean Sanctuary, established in 1991, as a protected natural marine area of international interest. The two towns on the promontory are Porto Santo Stefano to the north-west and Porto Ercole, of more ancient origins, to the south-east. Porto Santo Stefano faces the northern side of the peninsula and is a picturesque seaside resort. The promenade designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro and the harbour, where one encounters the town's true seafaring soul, are very popular. From here you can set off to explore the nearby island of Giglio. There are countless beaches and coves in Argentario: among them is the nearby Giannella beach with fine, clear sand and surrounded by a cobalt blue sea. Beautiful, but not equipped, are Cala del Gesso and Cala Grande, perfect for relaxing off the beaten track.
===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
A private tree-lined driveway leads you through the pines to a large parking area and a lush Mediterranean garden. Step outside and you’ll be drawn to the expansive terrace — partially shaded and furnished with elegant outdoor seating. The wooden deck and lounge corner frame the horizon, with the sea stretching endlessly beyond— the perfect spot to toast the sunset.
Modern-classical in spirit, the villa blends terracotta floors, sun-washed colours, and summery decor with subtle nods to the sea — creating a warm, relaxed ambiance throughout. On the ground floor, an airy living space offers two inviting sitting areas: one nestled around a traditional fireplace, the other facing the sea through wide glass doors. A separate TV lounge and dining area add ease and flow, while the fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the terrace for al-fresco meals with a view. A serene double bedroom with generous wardrobe space completes this level.
Upstairs, the master suite with en-suite bathroom is joined by two further double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, served by two more bathrooms. All rooms open onto the panoramic upper terrace.
For those seeking extra privacy, the independent annex — accessible via an outdoor staircase — includes its own kitchen, dining space, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a terrace leading to a tucked-away garden. Ideal for teens, friends, and grandparents.
The following might be to be paid extra: Insurance, Tourist tax.
