Schönes anwesen, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Sehr schöner pool und aussenanlage. Brummen aus dem technikraum von 10 bis ca. 18 uhr.Nachts schön ruhig. Ort und supermarkt in 10 minuten zu fuss zu erreichen. Lidl mit dem auto 5 minuten.Leider ein industriekomplex und stinkeweiher in ca. 500 m entfernung. Belästigung aber nur wenn der wind ungünstig steht.Aber sonst alles top.SupermarktIn ca. 500 meter ent

Concernant la machinerie de la piscine, elle ne situe pas dans la buanderie mais dans son propre local, cela sert au bon fonctionnement de la piscine donc indispensable et pour le bruit, nous n'avons eu aucune remarque depuis des années de location. Il n'y a pas de complexe industriel dans le village de Vallon Pont d'Arc, c'est une distillerie et un caveau pour la vente du vin, qui redémarre sa production fin septembre mais nous n'y voyons aucune nuisances en tant qu'habitants de Vallon.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Un accueil parfait, une maison nickel et très confortable, bien équipée, une très belle piscine.L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques centaines de mètres du centre de Vallon, village animé, près de beaux chemins de promenade en campagne, et aussi pas très loin des autres beaux villages de l'Ardèche ou lieux à visiter.Nous reviendrons très certainement.Merci

Une superbe semaine passée dans cette magnifique maison située au calme mais à 10 minutes à pied du centre du village avec tous commerces et restos. La piscine est magnifique également. Je recommande vivement et je conserve l’adresse pour une prochaine venue. Les photos reflètent totalement la réalité. Le tout d’une propreté irréprochable.

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, alles sehr sauber, ruhige Lage und das Zentum des schönen Ortes Vallon ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.Bereitstellung Bettwäsche und Handtücher wären wünschenswert.

Heel goed ontvangen door supervriendelijke hosts. Heel mooi gerieflijk huis. Alles heel net en voldoende huisgerei. Mooi ingericht huis met mooi zwembad. Vallon centrum op 7tal minuten wandelen met leuke winkeltjes en verschillende restaurants en cafeetjes .super verlof gehad

Un dernier logement moderne! Belle piscine, très bon équipement de la cuisine et de toute la maison. L'emplacement à la périphérie du village rend l'hébergement calme, mais vous n'est pas à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville animé. L'hôte était sympathique et serviable. Nous pouvons recommander l'hébergement à 100%.

Jolie maison lumineuse et confortable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison décorée avec goût, bien aménagée, bien équipée. Située au calme mais proche du centre animé de Vallon-Pont-d'Arc (10 minutes à pied). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, discrets et à l'écoute de leurs locataires. Nous avons été super bien accueilli. Nous recommandons vivement.
