We visited KY mid-October. This home worked out perfect for our stay. Comfortable and homey! Kevin was very easy to work with and gave great recommendations for restaurants. A week wasn't long enough to get in all we wanted to do. We will be back.

This place was perfect for our recent family trip to Nicholasville. Close proximity to everything! One of the things we appreciated were the rules of taking off your shoes before entering, that gave us the first clue for how clean we should expect the house (and a personal preference). Would love to stay here again for a future visit!

This was our second time staying at this property. The hosts are easy to communicate with and the house is stocked with everything you might need. The kids love the toys in the kid's bedroom and feeding the Koi fish. We plan on staying here whenever we visit family in Nicholasville.

The kitchen was indeed fully functional for cooking and the rooms were very clean, comfortable with an awesome sunroom and back porch. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities. Location was extremely convenient to restaurants, shopping, grocery, etc.We really enjoyed our stay and very convenient to stay while on the Bourbon trail!
