Casa Com'Ero is located in a picturesque village of 100 residents, situated within the Valgrande Park. It’s an ideal destination for those who want to go hiking or mountain biking in the mountains. It’s also perfect for those who simply want a holiday dedicated to rest and relaxation.


At the entrance, which is accessed via a small courtyard, you’ll find the newly built bathroom featuring a sink, shower, toilet, and hair dryer.

Next is a living room with a sleeper sofa (140 cm wide), a Smart TV, a window, and a small balcony overlooking the garden.
From the living room, descending a wooden staircase, you reach the garden level, where you’ll find the brand-new kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with a small freezer, convection oven, toaster, American coffee maker, electric kettle, immersion blender, and moka pot.
The kitchen opens onto a pergola furnished with a table and chairs and onto the garden with azaleas and camellias, a herb garden with aromatic plants available for guests’ use, and a barbecue. The garden overlooks the valley.
Returning to the entrance, a wooden staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide) and a closet.
The bedroom opens onto a terrace, partially covered by an open canopy and facing south, where
you’ll find the second separate guest bathroom (sink, shower, toilet, and bidet).
Also from the bedroom, via a very steep staircase, you reach the attic with 1 single bed (80 cm wide) and 1 queen-size bed (120 cm wide). The maximum ceiling height is 1.90 metres.
In addition to the interior staircases, the different floors of the house are also connected by exterior staircases and balconies.

Parking: At the entrance to Comero, there are two free public car parks located 200 metres from Casa Com’Ero. The village has a single, very narrow, dead-end road accessible only to residents to reach their homes. A luggage cart is available for guests.
Casa Com’Ero is not suitable for young children or people with mobility issues.

Ideal for couples and families. Not suitable for groups.

You’ll be staying in a village with other homes; please behave in a manner appropriate to the setting.
Please exercise particular caution; Casa Com'Ero overlooks a forest where wild animals—particularly foxes, deer, roe deer, wild boars, and badgers—can be found and observed, especially in the evening hours.
No smoking in the house.
