Nice place for a break away

Everything you need for a short break. Decent size bedrooms, kitchen was well equipped and lounge had a nice outlook over the water with lots of visitors of the duck variety. Parking right outside the front door and no noise from any neighbors.

Our week was exactly as we planned. This unit is on the first floor away from noise and was equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect. The pool is heated and our weather was perfect.

Everything went smoothly, the property was just what we expected . In addition there were some nice people that let us join them in some fun pickleball games. The facilities came with paddles and balls free of charge.

Lovely stay in a great location

We had a great stay at this property! My kids loved walking the paths along the property each morning and seeing the ducks, turtles, and bunnies. My husband and I were able to have a date at the on-site restaurant. The owner was very responsive, even helping with a lost item. We loved the king-sized bed and the linens being provided, there were plenty of towels, extra pillows etc. The property could use sprucing up in some areas (stocking paper towels and sponges, replacing the shower curtain lining, upgrading the coffee maker), but is overall a very pretty and well-maintained property. We would definitely stay again.

The property place was nice but the jacuzzi was broken and there was construction all being done on the property which was very disturbing. Definitely not worth the price we paid. But the two bedroom condo had everything we needed.

Beautiful Resort

Frank was responsive and accommodating. My friends and I flew in from out of town and Frank was able to let us check in a little early then scheduled. The Resort was beautiful, from the waterfall view, to the pool and the Restaurant. The Gym had decent equipment. Staff in the Lobby were all very friendly. Our rooms were stocked, we had plenty of towels. Frank even left beach chairs and umbrella that we took to the beach with us. The condo was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall very pleased with our stay!

Spring Break

We had to shorten our Spring Break this year, but this place was great for a few days. It was a short walk to the pool & Hogfish Harry’s (one of my favorites). The location is a quick drive to the beaches or shopping. I would’ve loved to enjoy my morning coffee on the lanai but there was construction that restricted the use of the lanai or even access to it. This was no fault of the owner & he did notify us of this issue prior to our arrival so I did appreciate that. Overall I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We loved our stay at this condo during the Christmas holiday. Our family members rented 4 other condos in Park Shore to accommodate a family reunion and everyone agreed we had the nicest unit. I especially appreciated the fact that it's on the first floor so our children could come and go as they needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The unit was clean but needed some updating and smelled of cigarette smoke (despite a sign requesting no smoking). The owner was quick to respond to my questions and helpful. It was a great week for our family.

Great location, nice property but could be enhanced

Great location. Have already stayed at Park Shore Resort and really like the convenience to beach, pizza and grocery store. This property has great beds and lots of towels bu what happened in the kitchen? Four plates are just not enough and only 2 matching wine glasses? It would be a cheap fix to upgrade. Also need a real $25 blow dryer and not the crappy one in the bathroom. And while we are at it, a 3 person couch instead of 2 and better patio furniture. Still, we had a glorious time so quickly forgotten but those extras would make this rather expensive rental feel like more of a value. Thanks

Thank you for the suggestions! We have upgraded to 12 plates, 12 wine glasses, and a new hair dryer. We also removed all of the carpet and installed brand new beach wood vinyl flooring, a brand new refrigerator, and installed a new AC. We look forward to a great season for our guests!
