Sehr schöne Wohnung mit eben solchem Blick auf den Park, zentral gelegen und gut an Metro angebunden, Vermittlung war verbindlich und nett. Die Wohnungsbesitzerin hingegen, die uns empfangen hat, war derart unfreundlich, dass ich die Wohnung sicherlich nicht mehr buchen würde.

Buongiorno Ingrid Siamo molto rattristati della Sua recensione. Il nostro Team è stato disponibile oltre ogni nostra disponibilità a cominciare dalla nostra Manager Federica, sempre a Vostra disposizione telefonica, un plus che non è scontato nelle strutture, sopratutto in un periodo di Festività . Abbiamo concesso il check in anticipato e il check out ben oltre le 9:00 (come da regola) e abbiamo lasciato nell’appartamento doni per voi. La proprietaria, con la quale magari c’é stato in malinteso, si è trattenuta per spiegarvi tutte le possibilità della zona e darvi info che ritenevamo utili. Per altro, per vostra stessa ammissione, la casa e la posizione sono state di vostro assoluto gradimento. Ci spiace che il nostro impegno non vi abbia soddisfatto, pensavamo sicuramente che la nostra casa meriti un voto molto più alto della sufficienza
