Lovely apartment in Balduina

The apartment was lovely. The balcony was a dream, it went round 2 sides of the apartment and was perfect for sitting out in sun or shade. We ate all our meals out there. The kitchen was well equipped but we were concerned about the cleanliness. Some of the utensils and pots weren't cleaned properly and because of this I worried that the apartment hadn't been properly sanitised for covid. The owner assured me the cleaner used industrial bacterial cleaner throughout but I still had my doubts and bought my own to clean all the surfaces. The apartment would not be suitable for someone coming to Rome for the first time for a few days. It was 5 kilometres from the centre and the most convenient way to get to the centro storico was to get a bus to Piazza Cavour and walk. If you only have a few days to explore Rome this is quite time consuming. Having said that, the owner was quite solicitous, checking by text every few days that we were all right.

Marzia ist eine sehr hilfsbereite, sehr freundliche und sehr bemühte Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist sehr gut an das öffentliche Netz angeschlossen. Die Terrasse ist der Hingucker und im Sommer der geniale Punkt. Insgesamt gab es einige wenige Punkte die leichte Kritik rechtfertigen (Die Duschwände könnten mal renoviert werden, das Bett im 2ten Schlafzimmer ist nicht gerade bequem, die Küche ist ein wenig alt), aber alles in allem gut. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es ein kleines Kaufhaus und auch Penny-Supermarkt. Bitte an Italien-Adapter (Strom) denken ! Vielen Dank für Deine Hilfe mit dem Flughafen-Chaos !! Grazie !!!

Renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist groß und hat eine schöne Dachterrasse. Gestört haben uns das in die Jahre gekommene Bad mit Schimmel in der Dusche. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war sehr durchgesessen und gehört ersetzt. Das Schlafsofa in einem Schlafzimmer hat eine durchgelegen Matratze. In der Küche ist der Holzrahmen an der Tür herausgefallen und meinem Mann auf den Kopf gefallen! Als Krönung wurde die Wohnung unter uns generalsaniert. Ab morgens 8 Uhr gingen die Bauarbeiten mit schweren Maschinen los. Das hätte vorher kommuniziert werden müssen! Fazit: Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, denn die Wohnung ist nicht gerade billig.

Super Kurzurlaub

Tolle Wohnung, super Dachterasse. Man sitzt wunderschön. Sehr gute Anbindung ans Zentrum mit Zug und Straßenbahn oder über Bus. Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal hier und werden wieder hier einziehen wenn wir das nächste mal in Rom sind.

Sehr schöne Dachterasse

Das Appartement liegt in einem Wohnhaus im obersten Stockwerk und verfügt über eine wunderschöne Dachterasse. Auch alle anderen Räume sind sehr schön, aber ein Abend auf der Terrasse, mit Blick über Rom (man kann sogar die Kuppel des Petersdom sehen) mit einem guten Glas Wein ist schon ganz besonders.

Wunderbare Ferien in Rom

Wir haben sehr schöne zwei Wochen in dem wundervollen Apartment verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet und hat alles, was man benötigt. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum und macht im Sommer sicher noch mehr Spaß als im November. Die Anbindung an die Stadt ist problemlos, ein Bus um die Ecke fährt im 15 min. Takt. Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Die Vermieterin ist bei Bedarf jederzeit zu erreichen und hilft in allen Belangen. Thank you Marzia for the great time we joined in Rome.

Beautiful apartment convenient to transportation but outside the main tourist area.

We had a couple of small problems crop up and the landlord was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend them and would stay there again.

Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento nel periodo di Natale. Tutto molto curato e ottima posizione. La stupenda terrazza fa da cornice al resto della casa. Marzia è stata disponibile e molto gentile.
