Perfect location to walk all over Florence. Loved the cute balcony. Apartment has ample space for 2 couples. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large spaces. Every room was clean. Even though this apartment is designated as the 2nd floor, it’s 3 flights up, no elevator. As others mentioned there is late-night noise from 2 places; a bar and a restaurant. Patrons like to hang outside in the narrow street. Bedrooms are street-side. If you’re a night owl and sound sleeper, no problem!

First of all there are 34 steps up to the apartment! No lift. While the apartment is in a great area it comes with partying atmosphere from the bars below. Our group could not get any sleep as the noise was so loud you could not hear yourself think! It went on until 4am! I have travelled the world an never experienced anything like this!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that a lift is not listed among the apartment’s amenities, and the photos clearly show that the apartment is located on an upper floor. Regarding the noise, the apartment is situated in a lively central area, surrounded by bars and nightlife. Unfortunately, noise coming from public areas and neighbouring businesses is beyond our control. While we understand that this may have affected your stay, it is an inherent aspect of staying in such a vibrant city-centre location. We appreciate your comments and regret that the location did not suit your expectations.
