Lovely house, 5 adults and 2 babies fit easily. Big bedrooms and lounge area, and a good well equipped kitchen. Hot tub was spotless with great views over Skiddaw. Very central. Highly recommend.

Fabulous house!
Our group of 4 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs had the most wonderful stay in Fellside Hideaway, one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in.
The house is large with a vast amount of storage space. Comfortable beds and sofas. Huge T.V’s in most rooms. Views to die for from the living room!
The kitchen was great to cook in with lots of crockery and cooking utensils.
The kids loved the dart board although we did have to purchase some darts (which we left there)
The hot tub was clean and hot on our arrival and we used it everyday.
The weather was amazing for our weeks stay and the garden was an evening sun trap with beautiful views of Skiddaw!
Only a 10 minute walk into the town centre.
This house has it all. Can’t recommend highly enough, we loved it

Hi there!
Thank you so much for such a fantastic and detailed review. We’re absolutely delighted to hear your whole group — including the children and dogs — had such a wonderful stay at Fellside Hideaway, and that it’s one of the best holiday homes you’ve stayed in. That really is wonderful praise.
It’s great to know the space, storage, and layout worked so well for you all, and that everyone found the beds and sofas comfortable. We’re especially pleased you enjoyed those incredible views from the living room — they really are something special.
It’s lovely to hear the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking, and that the kids made good use of the dart board too — thank you for leaving the darts for future guests, that’s a very thoughtful touch.
We’re also delighted the hot tub was ready and enjoyed every day of your stay, and that you were able to make the most of the beautiful weather in the garden — that evening sunshine with views of Skiddaw really does make it a memorable spot.
It sounds like you made the absolute most of everything the house and location have to offer, including the easy walk into town.
