PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.
Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.
By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.
OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

very nice accommodation
The apartment was very nice, everything was in excellent condition. We had a lovely stay. Centrally located, everything you need is easily reachable on foot. We would definitely come back, even though the neighbor's dog likes to make his presence known. But that's not a fault of the accommodation.

Nice stay at Casa Branca
All in one it was a nice stay for 10 days.
The Appartement is located very central and you can reach restaurants, City centre and harbour by feet and in about 20-25 minutes.
There is a street in front of it, which is well-traveled.
So from our point of view it was not that peaceful as described.
We had only salt, olive oil, sugar and coffee in the kitchen. But there are a few supermarkets around and a good bakery a few steps away.

Tolle Unterkunft.
Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Alles da, was man braucht und sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Parken direkt am Haus sehr angenehm. Busse nach Funchal Hafen in der Nähe. Bäcker nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Lokalitäten und Bars fußläufig zu erreichen.
