🚗 Private and Secure Parking: Inside the property, accessed via a private electric gate with remote control, you can park your car, motorbike, or bicycles easily and free of charge. An exclusive and rare advantage in Salò!
🏡 Modern Comforts in an Authentic Atmosphere: The house is equipped with all accessories and appliances for a carefree stay: super-fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating (depending on the season), mosquito nets, a safe, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, pod coffee machine, moka, kettle, fridge with large freezer, ventilated electric oven, microwave, toaster, hand blender, and gas hob. Note for families: Due to the layout of the house and the presence of an internal staircase, the stay is recommended for families with children over 6 years old.

First Floor: The sleeping area features two large double bedrooms (one equipped with a 32" Smart TV) and a full bathroom with a window and shower. Upon early request, one double bedroom can be converted into a twin room with single beds.
