This 3 bedroom 2 bath family home is comfortable and perfectly located. It is only a couple blocks to the beach or the river. Cape Kiwanda State National Park and Bob Straub State Park are both only a short walk away. Walk to Pelican Pub!

Guests will fall in love with the beauty and charm of Pacific City, a hidden Oregon treasure. There are walking trails in every direction!

This beach town has something for everyone: sand dune's to climb, surfing, boating, horseback riding, tide pools to explore, hiking, kayaking, crabbing, bicycling, bird watching, canoeing, clamming, dining in local restaurants, dory boat watching, Kite flying, hang gliding and paragliding, marine and mammal watching, photography, sand boarding and whale watching. There are shops and a new candy store in town too! Multiple deer families live all over Pacific City; close sightings happened daily. Wild rabbits also frequent the area. Stop and take the time to look at the tide pools/rocks at the base of the sand dune. They are usually alive if you are paying attention!

There’s a brand new skate park in town. Bring your skate boards and scooters. Check it out behind Doryland pizza. Also - this is a surfing town. The water is cold so bring your wet suit!

This home has fully equipped kitchen, patio furniture, charcoal grill, beach toys, and bikes.

There is a Full bathroom and bedroom downstairs.

There's a hidden kids playground at the back of the neighborhood. There is parking in the driveway and also adjacent parking.

The main/master bedroom has a King-sized bed, the second bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds, both with a Queen sized bed on the bottom and a Full size bed on the top. This home will comfortably sleep 10 people.

The home has 3 TV's, each with a DVD player. 2 TV's (living room and master) have Netflix. Note: No cable! The home has multiple board games for all ages, children's books, toys and a small play area.

There is a gas fireplace, however propane refill service in this area is sometimes unreliable. Not to worry! The furnace keeps the home warm and cozy. And for those who want a crackling fire to gaze at, we have a fire pit on the patio. Firewood is sold locally.

Please note: this home has an outdoor ring camera system. There is an outdoor camera at the front door. There is also an outdoor camera at the back sliding glass door.

Internet is usually great but it’s a utility and can be affected by wind, weather etc. bring your hot spot just in case!
