This recent villa (2009) benefits from modern comfort and architecture typical of old houses in the region. It is located in the quiet area of Mas de Clergues in Octon is located about 1.4 km from Lake Salagou and 10 minutes walk from the village center; in the heart of the Salagou valley (protected natural site), for nature lovers.

Outside, there is a large terrace of around 40 m² shaded by a trellis with a superb view of the Salagou valley and the Mas de Clergues district. A garden of around 200m², with trees and flowers, where nature predominates. There is a barbecue, sun loungers and sunbathing ...

Un excellent séjour

La maison est très accueillante, bien équipée et confortable pour un groupe de dix personnes. La terrasse et le jardin permettent de passer beaucoup de temps dehors et de jouir du soleil, mais aussi de l'ombre des vignes qui recouvrent la moitié de la terrasse. Le village n'est pas loin avec sa place charmante, et le lac tient toutes ses promesses. Nous avons adoré la région et y reviendrons certainement. Merci à Damien pour son très bon accueil et sa disponibilité.

Notre escapade au Lac du Salagou

Nous sommes quatre amies qui nous retrouvons chaque année pour une semaine de vacances ensemble. Cette année, nous avons fait un excellent choix en louant la villa de Mr Domenjoz à Octon. Nous avons reçu un accueil amical et chaleureux. Mr Domenjoz nous a donné de précieux conseils sur la région et nous a fait profiter des légumes et oeufs bio de sa production. La maison est chaleureuse, bien entretenue et très bien équipée. Nous avons la certitude de revenir prochainement et j'ai déjà donné l'adresse à mon fils. Si vous voulez vous régaler à un tarif très correct : l'Auberge du Lac au Puech.

Très bonne location! Agréablement surpris lors de notre arrivée. La maison est plus grande qu'elle n'y paraît sur les photos, parfaitement entretenue, et la vue est belle et dégagee. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli chaleureusement, nous prodiguant conseils et bons plans pour profiter au maximum de la région. Il propose par ailleurs de très bons légumes bio qu'il fait lui même pousser! Par ailleurs, la maison est très bien située, a 10 min a pied du centre d'Octon et a 5 min en voiture du lac de Salagou. La région est jolie et variée, et offre villages classés, montagnes, lacs, rivières et plages a moins de 45 min. Bref, location à recommander, et où nous retournerons avec plaisir!

Super séjour! La maison offre tout le confort souhaité (grande, fraiche, terrasse ombragée parfaite). Le propriétaire est très accueillant et nous a volontiers renseigné sur les bonnes adresses (activités, visites, caves, etc...), tout en étant très réactif à nos demandes et arrangeant sur certains points. Honnêteté et bon sens sont la règle ce qui nous a parfaitement convenu et a participé à rendre le séjour aussi agréable. Nous recommandons donc vivement cette location et espérons pouvoir y revenir aussi vite que possible!

Parfait pour 2 couples avec enfants !

Grande maison, très propre, très pratique, bien équipée. Pratique pour 2 couples car deux espaces chambres- salle de bain distincts. Une terrasse agréable pour profiter du barbecue ! Un propriétaire accueillant et de bon conseil. Prévoir une bonne demi- heure À/R à pied pour aller chercher le pain, voir 1h avec les enfants qui s'arrêtent voir les animaux ! Commerces dans le village qui dépannent bien. Et le lac... Des couleurs magnifiques et des ambiances différentes selon les "plages".
