- Linen, towels & essential toiletries provided

- Swanpool Lake (3 min walk)
- Falmouth Beach & watersports centre (10 min walk)
- Falmouth Town Centre (20 min walk)
- Falmouth Golf Course (5 min drive, 20 min walk)

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 12 midday.  
- Smoking is not allowed.  
- There is parking on the road outside the house
- With the exception of all bedding and rugs, towels and curtains, the furniture and fittings were almost exclusively secondhand, sourced from Air Ambulance & British Heart Foundation charity shops, Facebook Marketplace and from the Kernow Reuse shop at Mabe. Thank you to the charity volunteers and the team at the Suez waste site who save many items from being dumped into landfill.
- Please note that the house is accessed by 8 steps at the front so unsuitable for wheelchair users.
Hard-wired Carbon Monoxide and Fire Alarms throughout certified August 2025 and tested each month.
