Welcome to our sunny Vineyard retreat! Nestled on a quiet half-acre lot just two blocks from Grove Street Beach and bordering the West Chop Woods, our property offers the best of both worlds — close to town, yet peaceful and secluded.

The house is a bright, newly expanded 4-bedroom home perfect for families or groups of friends. With a high-ceilinged kitchen and den, house-length screened-in porch, two newly renovated upstairs bedrooms, and two cozy downstairs bedrooms, there’s plenty of space to gather or spread out and relax. Multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas, tons of natural light, and a large backyard make this an ideal place to unwind and enjoy summer on the Vineyard.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was located close to the ferry terminal and shopping center in Vineyard Haven. Liz was an exceptional host - she was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The house was spacious, with lots of room for lounging inside or outdoors. Great house in perfect location

One of best vacations ever. Spacious house is well supplied with everything needed: beach equipment, kitchen, library. Location is near perfect as it’s an easy walk to VH village and local beaches yet far enough removed to offer peace and quiet. Owner/hostess quick to respond to any inquiries and answer questions. Beautiful property

The home is beautiful and situated in a wonderful neighbourhood. There was every amenity within the house to use and make a wonderful stay. Liz is a really lovely person who lives on the grounds if you wish to communicate any needs to her. Martha’s Vineyard is breathtakingly beautiful.

Charming and comfortable home away from home in Vineyard Haven

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely Vineyard Haven home. The house is truly charming and comfortable. We rented the main house and it suited my family of five adults perfectly. We especially enjoyed the large screened-in porch which meant relaxing and reading "outside" was bug-free (always a plus on the Vineyard)! The large back garden and deck were also just great. We found the location close to both Vineyard Haven and West Chop to be very convenient for everything we like to do on the island. The owners were welcoming and helpful. All in all, we had a great stay and we plan to visit again! .

A True Gem

My family and I have had the pleasure of staying at numerous rentals in Martha's Vineyard over the years, and I must say that this rental has quickly become our favorite. From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The property was spotless, with no cobwebs or bugs in sight (a rarity in rentals on the island). The location of the rental was also a major highlight. It's conveniently close to Vineyard Haven, just a mile walk away, which made it incredibly convenient. Being centrally located meant that we had easy access to all of our favorite places. One of our favorite features of the rental was the back porch. It provided a beautiful and peaceful setting to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and I even had the pleasure of preparing a delicious lobster dinner. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we were pleased to find that an ample supply of linens was provided. It's always a relief to have a good night's sleep while on vacation. Lastly, I must mention our gracious host, Liz. She was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. We are already planning our return for next year.

Perfect stay

This was a fantastic house that was exactly as photographed. Owners were incredibly helpful, friendly and overall, great hosts. We visited for a week (two couples with children) and we felt we had our own space with a common area/outdoor space to convene. Wonderful stay!

Look no further - this is a perfect vacation house

A group of 6 adults stayed in this beautiful property and we did not want to leave. Its the quintessential vacation house. One of our favorite features was the large screened in porch, coffee in the morning, hanging out in the early afternoon or dining outside. Due to the current pandemic situation we spent almost all evenings in cooking and the kitchen/dining area/living room provided a perfect space for us to hang out - many rounds of UNO were played. I've always been fond of Vineyard Haven - house is a short walk to downtown, easy walk around West Chop or down to the beach. Tashmoo is only a short drive Our hosts were wonderfully accommodating and we hope to have an opportunity to rent the property in the future.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had a great time staying at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised. The home was spacious, cozy and clean and was the perfect getaway from NYC during a difficult summer. The hosts were actually staying at the guest house and were very easy to communicate with and accommodating; when we couldn’t get the upstairs TV to work they moved one from downstairs that no one was using for us. The property is conveniently located with the town and the beaches within walking distance or a short drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Family pre-college drop off vacation

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this home. The location is ideal for relaxing, long walks, access to downtown Vineyard Haven shops and restaurants, and many lovely beaches. We enjoyed exploring all of Martha's Vineyard with the tips that the owners provided us for secret beach locations, great hikes, and good restaurants. The yard is lovely and we ate dinner on the screened-in porch. The well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed. We spent a lovely two weeks at this charming home and we would definitely return. Liz and Zack are most helpful and very gracious and accommodating hosts.

Nicest Martha’s Vineyard House

This was my third visit to Martha’s Vineyard, and this was the nicest house and best neighborhood of all of my visits. The house is a very comfortable and well furnished cottage nettled on a beautiful lot surrounded by nature. Loved the large screened in back porch. It’s a great place to hang out on cool summer nights. The hosts were very accommodating making our visit even more enjoyable.

Heaven on earth

Our week In the Vineyard was magical. LIz and Zack’s home was extremely comfortable and well equipped for our family of 7. Wonderful property with amazing screened porch

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Liz & Zack were super friendly and very solicitous in making our stay enjoyable. They immediately addressed a minor issue, wanting to make sure our stay was as hassle free as possible. With pandemic restrictions still in place, we spent many happy hours on the the huge, fantastic porch with cooling breezes and a view of their lovely yard. We even used the swings! The separate cottage with extra space and its own WiFi was a bonus, as one of our group had to work a few days. Could not recommend this more! MV is an island wonderland.

There were nine of us— senior women and friends of almost 60 years. Very comfortable house in a nice, quiet neighborhood just minutes from town. Great trip. We do a different location every year, but this could be a repeat. Don’t miss Art Cliff Diner for breakfast.

What a great find!

This property was perfect for our three inter generational families! Lots of room to spread out both inside and outside. The yard was amazing and we found ourselves wanting to cook in most nights: the Webber gas grill served us well on the patio and the screened in porch was the perfect spot for the adults to linger for hours watching the kids swing and play games safely in the yard equipped with spotlights and all! The house offered several flat screen tv options, however, we soon realized that no one, not even the kids, had turned on a television all week! Amazing!! Liz and Zack are wonderful owners! Both were quick to respond to any questions we had about the rental and they were especially accommodating. Kudos to them and thank you for a memorable stay in your nicely appointed home!

Short walk to beach and wood trails. Great space for our three families to spend time together. Cooked many meals which we enjoyed on the spacious screened in porch. Easy communication with owners who also provided great tips on local attractions and restaurants.

We now split our time between Martha’s Vineyard and Puerto Rico, and while both places hold a special place in our hearts, the Vineyard is where we feel most grounded. It’s our happy place — and we’re so glad to share it with others who are looking for that same sense of ease, joy, and connection.
