Located on a man made lake where you can catch and release fish right from your back porch! There is a master bedroom with private bath, soaking tub and over sized walk in shower, two master walk in closets and vanities.

Beautiful Home in Nice Development

The house was exactly as expected - beautiful, comfortable, clean. Meghan was super responsive when we had questions. The neighborhood is a great place to take a walk or relax by the pool. We would definitely stay here again if heading back to this area.

The property itself was very pleasant. However, wifi was extremely spotty and cable service rarely worked. We encourage the owner to seek new cable and wifi service. It made an otherwise pleasant stay an expensive and disappointing trip.

Nice home in gated community.

My husband and I stayed at this property for the month of March 2025. The home was comfortable and well-stocked. We appreciated all of the kitchen appliances, especially the air-fryer. The living room had comfortable furniture and a large screen TV. We particularly liked the big back porch over-looking a man-made lake. Overall, I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental in the Fort Mohave area. My only suggestion to the owner would be to upgrade the beds. The foam topper on the master suite bed was so soft we literally could not turn over on the bed. The spare room beds were also very poor so we had difficulty getting a good nights sleep. I don"t know why there were no dressers in the master suite as there was plenty of room. It was pretty irritating not to have anywhere to put clothes. The small 3-drawer basket container in the closet was inconvenient and inadequate for two people.

Beautiful house but needing repairs and difficult landlord

The property is beautiful and the lagoons are gorgeous, but we arrived with some repairs needed. The disposal didn't work and the landlord said, "you don't need a disposal!" We threatened to tell VRBO and she relented and had it fixed. The doorbell didn't work so we missed a medicine delivery. The blender quit working and she said we had to replace. We contacted VRBO with our complaint and she relented and replaced the blender. She said we could use the pedal boat, but one pedal was broken. She did have it fixed while we were there. The glass doors were full of grit since it is very windy in Ft. Mohave (and humidity down to 5% some days) and couldn't be opened easily. She also said the lock on one might not work. the cushions on the outlook lounge were not fastened down and could easily blow away on days of strong winds. One was lost and we were glad we had an insurance policy because she charged the policy 500 for one cushion! There was no cable TV and only one streaming channel with commercials. A basically uncooperative landlord unless threatened. And finally a beautiful house but beds were horrible. Since the rental price was good, we put up with it, but would never rent from her again!

I'm disappointed to read this review that this guest left re their experience during their stay. To clarify a few points: Regarding the disposal: I'm confident I didn't inform the guest that a disposal wasn't necessary. Maintenance: I made every effort to address their concerns promptly, including sending a handyman three times to fix various issues, even those unrelated to the provided amenities (such as the pedal boat.) Those issues were light bulb out, ignition on the gas firplace, garbage disposal. The guest never "threatened" me to tell on me to get something fixed. I mailed the guest a new blender the day after she broke the blender. Never was told that the doorbell doesnt work. I never said a lock didnt work. Communication: While I strive to provide excellent customer service, the guest's communication was consistently demanding and disrespectful. I even suggested they consider canceling their reservation due to their initial interactions. Damages: Unfortunately, the guests caused damage to the property, loosing a patio cushion, leaving the doors open during a wind storm that cause the curtains to come off of the rods. Replacing individual cushions is often not possible due to the need for matching sets. I am glad that the guest thought that the rental price was good. Not worth my frustration for this stay.

Los Lagos is great!

Always enjoy staying at Los Lagos. Meghan’s property is great. Wonderful location, safe, convenient for shopping and my all time favorite- golfing!! Only issue I had this time was some sporadic internet service otherwise great experience!
