The layout is simple yet comfortable, dividing the apartment into the following rooms: A master bedroom with a built-in closet, a full bathroom, a spacious living room-kitchen separated by an island that doubles as a bar, and an outdoor terrace with an awning and views of one of the communal gardens.



You’ll be staying in one of the most beautiful residential complexes in the area and will have access to all kinds of services and amenities, such as a semi-Olympic-sized pool, a children’s pool, a playground, spectacular viewpoints, landscaped areas, a paddle tennis court, ping-pong tables, and a picnic area.

In addition, you’ll enjoy the tranquility of an excellent (ideal for relaxation) and safe area, as it features a closed-circuit video surveillance system and a night watchman.
