Single-storey and detached 6-person holiday home with heated swimming pool, a large garden, private parking and a living area of 160 m². You enter the cozy living room with dining table, sitting area with smart TV and fireplace. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms.

- The master bedroom has patio doors to the terrace and all rooms have plenty of closet space.
- A modern and spacious, fully equipped kitchen with, among other things. A filter drinking water tap, large refrigerator with large freezer, induction hob, convection oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine.
- Separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.
- Private parking for 2 cars, plenty of space to park on the street.
- All rooms have air conditioning (cold/hot) and fans, there is central heating, windows are double glazed.
- There is a fast fiber optic internet connection and good wifi in the house and on the terrace.
- Next to this there is a spacious, covered outdoor kitchen with an outdoor shower, large dining table, a sink, refrigerator and a gas barbecue, perfect for long Mediterranean summer evenings with friends or family.

Nice and relaxed outdoor living:
Walk out of the living room through the patio doors and relax in the shade on the spacious and covered naya or soak up the sun on the large terrace with 6 sunbeds, a heated and illuminated 4*8 meter swimming pool and the beautiful outdoor kitchen. In the "colder" months (from October-May/ June), the pool can be heated to 27c on request (EUR 20,- per night ). Pool heating costs are not included. Please indicate in your reservation request if want to make use of the pool heating and you will receive an amended offer to include this.

In the spacious garden, with lots of privacy and unobstructed views, you can enjoy flowering oleanders and swaying palm trees, chill out on the lawn, or play an exciting game of table tennis. In the evening, the garden and swimming pool are attractively illuminated.

A perfect and peaceful location: Life is relaxed in the quiet area of La Guardia, just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful and famous bays of Granadella and Portichol! Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature, great viewpoints (miradores), crystal clear azure blue water, pebble beaches and some nice restaurants with beautiful terraces and views.

The house was renovated in 2024, purely south facing on a flat and spacious plot of 1100 m² and with plenty of distance from the neighbors. Because of this perfect location you have sun all day long. In the evening, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset that colors the sky orange and pink!

Village and beach (Playa del Arenal) are very close, about 7 minutes drive.
Padel and tennis court within 10 minutes walking distance as well as a nice neighborhood supermarket where you can get your hot sandwiches in the morning.
