Welcome to Sunset Dream East - This bright, beautiful, clean home has panoramic ocean views from the main living area. This home has a reverse floor plan with the living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed, and full bathroom on the top (3rd) floor. The bright living room has generous views, plenty of seating, a 42" flat screen television complete with cable, a blue-ray dvd player, and stereo. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are a wide variety of cooking utensils, small appliances, spices, and cookware. Outside there is a charcoal and gas grill.

The second floor has 3 additional bedrooms. The master bedroom is ocean-side and has a king bed along with an en suite bathroom (including a double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower), and two closets. This bedroom also has a sliding glass door which opens to a second deck. The second and third bedrooms are on this floor as well. The second bedroom has one queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. In addition, there is a second full bathroom on this floor.

Our home has high-speed internet and each bedroom has a flat screen television, cable, and a dvd player. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan.

The public beach access is conveniently located right across the street. There are beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys available for your use. There is also an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower.

Located approximately 3 miles from town, our home is convenient to restaurants, shops, and Bogue Inlet Pier.

Linens are included with your stay. Absolutely no smoking or illegal drug use anywhere on the property.

Up to 2 dogs allowed. Pets must be kept off all furniture and bedding.

Insurance liability restricts the following breeds of dog: German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf hybrids & other aggressive breeds.
Sorry, strictly NO CATS. We have severe allergy to cats.
