Die Vorteile: Großzügige Raumaufteilung, viel Platz im Erdgeschoss und Keller, komplett ausgestattete Küche mit allen Geräten und Kochutensilien, mehrere Fernseher, tolle Lage, fußläufig zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Geschäften und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ruhige Straße und Gegend. Die Nachteile: Die Anweisungen für den Zugang waren verwirrend. Es war schwierig, die richtige Tür zur Wohnung zu finden. Trotz der Heizung ist es etwas kühl in der Wohnung. Im Keller bröckelt der Putz von den Wänden und verteilt sich auf Sofa und Boden. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Sie war den Preis wert für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Marais-Viertel.

Der Geschirrspüler war eine echte Zeitersparnis, und ich fand es toll, dass es eine Waschmaschine gab. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die Paris wie ein Einheimischer erleben möchten!
