Beach lovers will enjoy the choice of six beautiful sandy beaches nearby (there are time-restrictions in high season but dogs are welcome outside of peak season), while keen walkers can easily access the breathtaking South West Coast Path and surrounding countryside trails.

Bright and inviting, the lower ground apartment is accessed via five steps from the street and then 12 steps down to the hallway, or alternatively through the rear patio doors, which open directly onto a courtyard with access onto Back Road East. Inside, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is modern and welcoming, complete with cosy seating and double doors that lead out to an enclosed courtyard patio. The property includes a bathroom with a full-sized bath and two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin. The enclosed rear patio has a table and chairs, and is a good place to store your beach equipment.
