About this property

One bedroom, hilltop suite - beautiful and private!

This bright and airy guest suite gives the feeling of being in the tree-tops!

Located 20 minutes from downtown Victoria, and close to all amenities.
- Sleeps four comfortably
- Private entrance and in-suite laundry
- Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis

The kitchen is stocked with basic dishes, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, and full-sized fridge.

The spacious master-bedroom features a king sized bed with a view of the neighbouring hillside, and a walk-in closet.

The living area has a pull-out couch that converts into a queen-sized bed. A memory foam mattress topper (located in the walk-in closet) will ensure a comfortable sleep for guests. A duvet, queen-sized sheets, and extra pillows are stored in the pull-out couch storage area.

There is a TV, but this property does not have cable. An HDMI cable is provided for use with a laptop or other HDMI compatible device.

In-suite washer/dryer is available for guest use. Soap is located in the linen closet in the bathroom.

A large, private, fully covered patio is one of the best features of this property! Sit and relax on the patio furniture and enjoy the spectacular sunsets sinking into the Sooke hills. Lookout Lake and walking trails are located minutes from the property.

Such a lovely private quiet spot. Well appointed. Sunsets lovely. Hosts so responsive and nice. Small hiking trail across the street with an area to swim and fish. Lots of other close trails. Half hour outside of Victoria proper but easy ride there. Cooked some of my own meals there and had what I need to do that. Grocery stores nearby. Wonderful place.

Beautiful clean place, nicely equipped and with a fantastic king bed. The covered deck with a view was a great place to enjoy coffee, breakfast, and wine. The setting was gorgeous too.

We really enjoyed this quiet and convenient home base on our 3 day trip to explore Victoria. The kitchen was well equipped. The view was lovely. The layout meant privacy between the 2 sleeping areas. I'd replace the sofa bed, however the mattress pad to use over it made it much more comfortable and I slept decently. I'd book it again and recommend it to save some money on accommodation in the city if you had a car to use.
