This brand new, detached modern studio apartment is in a stunning rural location. It’s located in Cossington where you can easily access many country walks in fields or along the wooded cycle path. It includes free Wi-Fi, numerous usb ports and a smart tv. It has a Juliette balcony overlooking the church and manor house. It is bright and open. The skylights offer natural light. It has a brand new kitchen with a full oven, a two ring ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, an air fryer, a fridge, an iron and ironing board, an espresso pod machine and a kettle and toaster ( with milk, tea, coffee and sugar provided). Continental breakfast can be provided at an extra cost. Towels, bedding, robes and a hairdryer are also included. You can access the gazebo in the back garden where the washing line is also available. The main living area is composed of the sofa, and day bed which serves as a super king size bed or two single beds. The studio can also accommodate a travel cot or a camp bed for a child upon request. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower with a place to charge your electric toothbrush. This place would be a great spot for cyclists on the cycle route 33 looking for an overnight stay. We offer secure garage parking for bikes so they can be locked away safely. This also houses the washing machine. Off-road parking is also available.


This is the ideal holiday destination for access to Wells, Stourhead, Cheddar, Wookey Hole, Weston Super Mare, Ham Wall Nature Reserve, Glastonbury, and Taunton. You can catch the steam train from Bishops Lydeard to stunning destinations like Watchet, Dunster and Minehead. You can also catch the open top bus to Lynton and Lynmouth from Minehead, for a stunning journey overlooking forest views of beautiful Devon. You can visit the Quantocks, a site of outstanding natural beauty and Clark’s village. With easy access to the M5 for places like Bristol and Exeter. Birdwatchers have the option of several nature reserves including Canada Wood, Shapwick Moor and the Avalon marshes centre. There is a co-op nearby if you need to buy food or amenities. Nearby pubs include ‘The Duck’ in Burtle , ‘ The Red tile’ in Cossington and‘The Crown’ in Catcott . The neighbouring village,Woolavington has a fish chip shop. Another neighbouring village, Edington provides wood fired pizzas on Wednesday evenings. The neighbouring towns of Street and Bridgwater offer a rich variety of restaurants, cafes and takeaways.

The studio is lovely and well equipped. It was exceptionally clean. Including bathrobes added a touch of luxury. It was easy enough to find with the instructions provided. I recommend a walk along the bicycle path from the local recreation ground.
