32 Grasmere in Troutbeck Bridge, Cumbria sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.

32 Grasmere consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with electric fire, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There are two bedrooms: a double with Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a twin, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is enclosed decking with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. 32 Grasmere is a lovely base for exploring the Lake District. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 250GBP

Explore Brockhole Visitor Centre with tree-top adventures and childrens play park which is close by - boats to Ambleside and Bowness call in here along with some Lake Cruises in season. There are also some charming walks and bridleways to explore directly from here up into the beautiful Troutbeck Valley and across to Wansfell, as well as the gardens at Holehird, which are run entirely by volunteers and are an enchanting and inspiring place to explore. The bustling towns of Windermere and Ambleside are close by, providing a range of amenities including shops, pubs and cafes. Lake Windermere boasts a range of lakeside activities, including trips to the famous Aquarium and the renowned Grizedale Forest Park, whilst children will enjoy the World of Beatrix Potter in nearby Bowness, where technology brings her characters to life. With destinations such as Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains all within easy reach, Troutbeck Bridge is an ideal location for exploring all that the region has to offer.
