It's the little things that make this a "5-star" adventure

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed home! Sun City West rec centers (yes, that's plural!) feature Pickleball, bocce ball, miniature golf, walking tracks, and many swimming pools. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, across from a beautiful church, close to all the shopping you'll need. Many thanks, Carolyn!

We enjoyed our stay. Home was well stocked, meeting every need. Neighborhood relaxing. Robbie (property manager) stopped by a couple days after our arrival to welcome us and give us the local newspaper of events. Carolyn (property owner) was welcoming through her email and text messages and answered our questions readily. Close to both Surprise and Peoria baseball parks for spring training. Paradise in Sun City West this winter!

We really loved staying in this lovely, spacious house in Sun City West this winter! Carolyn (the owner), along with her manager, Robbie, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. This house had it all—loads of room, well equipped kitchen, lots of cozy nooks to enjoy a book, a movie, or lunch in the screened porch, not to mention fruit trees loaded with oranges and lemons to enjoy! And staying in Sun City West was icing on the cake, with all the resources available to us while we enjoyed warmth and sun! Sun City West was also an easy launching point for visiting local attractions, baseball games, and short trips to area scenic parks and attractions. No wonder everyone 55+ loves this part of the country in the winter!

Winter Retreat

We had a great experience in Sun City West during Feb and March of 2021! The home was fabulous and it had everything (and I mean everything) you could ask for! From very comfortable beds to a well stocked kitchen, a new smart TV, comfortable furniture, front courtyard, back lanai, extra bedding and towels . . . . . right down to paper clips, extra batteries, coolers, tools, etc, etc. What was more impressive was the kind and courteous service we received from the caretaker and the owner! Very responsive, very personable, and very professional! We have been wintering in Arizona for 5 years and enjoyed each time but this was our best experience by far. It’s a great home with great people supporting it.

We have nothing but positive memories with our stay in this property! The home was very spacious and the floor plan allowed for everyone to do as they pleased( tv watching vs reading). The home was exceptionally equipped and we wanted for nothing. This home was perfectly situated across the street from the Catholic Church and a golf course and close to several other golf courses! Robbie, the property manager, was close by and ensured all our needs were being met. Overall the experience provided by this home was top notch and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sun city west experience! Terry and Elaine Morris

Beautiful Sun City West Home with Responsive Property Owners/Managers

This was our first time in Sun City West and it won’t be our last! This attractive home is just minutes away from the massive library and recreation centers of SCW, where you’ll find bowling lanes galore, heated pools (both inside and outside), walking paths, lectures on timely topics, weekly movies and oh so much more. Our 30-day stay only scratched the surface of things we could do! Two family rooms with comfy sofas await the weary traveler. A huge 4K television is situated in the great room, perfect for the avid sports fan, news junkie, or movie buff. But what is possibly the most enjoyable room isn’t even inside! It’s the perfectly located lanai where, more often than not, you are likely to find hypnotizing hummingbirds flitting from tree to tree. Three generous bedrooms, roomy walk-in closets, and remodeled bathrooms put an exclamation point on this unique property. Note: Carolyn, the property owner, responded with urgency and thoroughness when the cable company had failed to install the proper cable package. And we can’t say enough good things about the neighborliness of Entrip and Sharon, the property managers who live just a short walk away. They walked us through the house and oriented us; responded to our call at 8:30 pm when the thermostat didn’t work (the batteries were old!); and even drove us to and from a local store to pick up and return our rental car.
