Beautiful villa very close to the beach in Port d'Alcudia.
This welcoming house is located in a prime area, just a few meters from the spectacular sandy beach of Port d'Alcudia. The house is fully equipped and very spacious and bright. Outside, there is a furnished terrace where you can relax outdoors and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
The house stands out for its excellent location and easy access to the entire north coast of the island. Port d'Alcudia is a tourist area where you will find many supermarkets, shops, and a wide variety of restaurants, as well as numerous services and a wide range of leisure activities. Furthermore, the famous Platges de Muro and Can Picafort beaches are only a 10-minute drive away.

The accommodation has air conditioning units (heating and cooling) in the living room, three bedrooms, and the lounge. Radiators and fans are available in the other rooms.
