The unit has been beautifully remodeled and was very comfortable to come back to after our beach and exploration days. We were able to watch the sunset every night on the lanai. We had no problems with parking because there was always parking spaces available. Communication with the house was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.The bedroom was too warm for us but we slept on the lanai and it was lovely. The photos are not altered I think I could have fished from the lanai. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked with essentials and pantry dry goods such as salt and pepper available. Bbq area was nice. We chose to drive up the coast to swim at the resorts beaches as they are free and open to the public. Cleanest safest beaches are at north end; check water safe before arrival. I would definitely recommend and come again

The property location is great- right on the water with an amazing view. We spent so much time on the lanai. Comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool is an outstanding amenity- kept very clean. No AC, which most times is not an issue- there is usually (but not always) a good breeze through the unit as long as all the windows and doors are kept open. However, the afternoon sun coming in the windows is intense- there really need to be window shades that can be closed in the afternoon. Good host communication.

Exactly as advertised. Right on the ocean. Very well equipped. No A/C but ceiling fans in each room and provided portable fans kept things comfortable. The only thing lacking was a corkscrew. We loved our stay here! Highly recommended!

Quaint condo perfectly situated right against the west coast of the Big Island. We had front row seats to evening sunsets, breezy air through the day, a covered lanai to enjoy the view and eat meals and drink coffee and the sound of the ocean waves 24-7! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a vacation rental on the Big Island of Hawaii!

Condo was lovely with a wonderful view of the ocean. Saw many dolphins from our balcony. Host/owners were very easy to communicate with each time I had questions. In the parking lot is a nice little coffee shop, with breakfast sandwiches and great coffee. Thank you for sharing your condo to make our vacation special.

Great ocean views, clean room. Amenities were lacking: no shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Otherwise it was a good stay and we were whale watching from the lanai. The binoculars provided was appreciated.

A wonderful ocean front condo just minutes from everything Kailua-Kona has to offer. The condo is in pristine condition with all of the amenities of home! Whether it was morning coffee watching the waves roll ashore or enjoying a magnificent sunset, the deck is perfectly situated. The view alone is a 10.

Fantastic home away from home

This place was fantastic for our home base while exploring the island. Close enough to downtown and lots of beaches but quiet and cozy! The lanai was amazing to relax on and take in all the ocean vistas. The highlight for my wife and I was watching the dolphins play from the lanai. Great place and would most definitely stay here again.

This was a pretty nice little place in a nice, family oriented condo village. Great views, close to town.Clean and comfortable.The pool is clean and cool, and bustling in a Spring Break weekend.
