This amazing 2 bedroom direct oceanfront condo is the PERFECT spot for your Vacation. Direct oceanfront views, excellent complex, close to town.
Sea Village Resort reflects the tranquil beauty of the Big Island. The resort is centrally located located 1 mile from restaurants and shops on Famous Ali'i Drive.
Located on the 2nd floor, newly remodeled Vinyl Plank flooring installed throughout the Living Room in 2023.
This fully remodeled unit is a guest favorite, and the views are absolutely breath taking.

The pool area is located beside the sea wall, so guests can enjoy a peaceful swim just steps away from the crashing surf.
Hot tub, communal BBQ and Tennis court available for guest use.

Kona town is just a short drive from Sea Village Kona. Kona town offers a large choice of restaurants, stores and art galleries. Most of the Big Island activities depart from Kona town.

We stayed in two different places this trip and while we were able to deal with stuff at the time—lots of cockroaches (expect some but not that many), issues with the codes, no AC, poorly stocked kitchen (felt more like a hotel trying to cook right off the bat), we enjoyed the area and grounds but compared to the other place, it was lacking. The communication was super quick and we got a new access code quickly. They were responsive to our ideas but we wouldn’t be quick to go back without knowing things had been addressed. The view is absolutely perfect though, which was definitely a major saving grace! They did have chairs and coolers which were super helpful too.

Great condo!

Sunset Solitude

These condo are older/dated, but the one we stayed in was updated a bit, maintained and kept clean. It was a great central point to visit many parts of the island after we stayed at the Hilton's Waikoloa Village. Plus it was nice to cook breakfast and save money that way. We rented a car, but it looked as if you could walk down to the main areas of shopping and food. The condo had a great view of the sunsets, and all the amenities we would want; such as pans, coolers, two beach chairs and umbrellas. Our only gripe was we could hear the condo above us walking/stomping. It wasn't quiet...not sure if it's a vacation rental too.

Relaxing & Rejuvinating Stay Right on the Water

The view from the condo and the Lanai were awesome. You felt like you were actually in the water. Watching the sunsets and the boats coming and going in the distance was awesome. You were close enough to the downtown and shopping you could walk. The comforts of home with the feeling of being on vacation. We hope to return soon.

Comforts of home -tropical setting

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Villlage 4205. The view was great- ocean front. The condo itself is tastefully decorated with Hawaiian woods and pictures. Everything that is needed in the kitchen was available, even a rice cooker. The closets were huge and we found the beach gear. The complex pool was great. The walk along Alii street to the restaurants and shopping area is about 10 - 15 min. I would give it a full star more except for air conditioning. Yes, we drank plenty of fluids, did use the fans and slept with the screened lanai door opened to get the fresh air- like camping and the crashing waves helped lull me to sleep. When we left to go on tours, we locked the lanai doors so no air circulation and the condo was quite hot. I would stay again at the Sea Village 4205- I’ll have to bring that Midwest weather in a bottle next time.

Superb Location with substandard lodging

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Trouble on arrival, code to unit was changed without notice. Older condo building. Our unit had a few updates -granite countertop in kitchen, but appliances not working great. Bedrooms facing parking lot and noisy at night. Unit needed a thorough cleaning. Steps from ocean with terrific views.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our stay in this unit. The amazing view from the balcony was a big highlight. The unit was well stocked with pretty much everything we needed for a great stay. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet when we first arrived, but the property manager was very quick to send someone to fix it (even though it was a holiday). We found the unit very spacious and comfortable.The only downside was that there were quite a few cockroaches in the kitchen. We had family staying in a couple of other units in the complex who didn't have this issue. These property manager was actively dealing with the issue so hopefully it won't be a problem for long.

Great location and fantastic view!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was near perfect. It is well equipped, both inside (kitchen, bathrooms, etc) and for the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, goggles, bucket and shovels, coolers!! You can’t beat the location. The lanai is amazing. We saw dolphins playing in the bay and a manta ray feeding at night along the rock wall. The only down side is no AC. It got very hot in the afternoons. There are several fans available for use, but it was still uncomfortably hot.

The property was extremely clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. The view from the porch is amazing, and you can see the sunset. Before arrival, the mgmt team communicated everything we needed to gain access and quickly answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely unit with great oceanfront views

The alcondo unit was very clean and tastefully decorated with local decor. We really appreciate the "extra amenities" such as snorkeling gear, beach chairs and beach mats. We would highly recommend this place at Sea Village to family and friends.

Beautiful location looking out over the ocean with stunning sunsets nightly from the lanai. Set back from Alii Drive, so no road noise. Nicely equipped kitchen, Knutson even told me what kind of coffee pot before we arrived so I could get my first morning fix before shopping. Had a small problem with the washing machine, but a repairman was there within an hour (on the weekend) and got us up and running immediately. I highly recommend Knutson & Assoc.; they are professional and knowledgeable - getting ready to book with them again for next year.

In town for a family wedding

Everything was great! We were already very familiar with the Sea Village property as we have a family place in building 3. Because of the wedding, we had a lot of family and friends in town and most of them rented other units as well. This unit was very nice, with many upgrades, and an exceptional ocean view. Thank you!!
